Our Normal Courier/Delivery duration is 5 to 7 Working Days
All orders must be placed before 1.00pm local time to ensure that you receive your product within the specified delivery period. Please note that certain items may not be delivered within the specified delivery timeframe due to unavailability of stocks.
We use a secured and trusted courier service (POS LAJU) in order to ensure that your order is delivered in good condition and on time.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do.
RETURN PROCEDURE – Bata Shop
Please contact our Customer Service at 1800-22-2282 to arrange a return request to your nearest Bata Shop. Once arrangement is done, bring along the items, complete the return form/note and printed copy of the proof of purchase (Confirmation Email which was send to your email inbox) to the agreed Bata Shop.
RETURN PROCEDURE – Via POST
Packed the shoe carefully in their original packaging along with the completed return form/note and printed copy of the proof of purchase (Confirmation Email) and send to the following address:

We strongly encourage that you to use any form of registered post for easy tracking of the delivery parcel. We will process your request you within 5-7 working days of receiving your goods and you will be receiving an email notification.
